You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you retain read-only access to export your data for 30 days, after which your account is deactivated. PeptidePal uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate lab analysis summaries, flag abnormal values, and suggest clinical considerations. These AI features are provided as decision-support tools only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Healthcare providers must exercise independent clinical judgment and are solely responsible for all patient care decisions. AI-generated content may contain errors and should always be verified against source data.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability. We will provide data export capabilities for a minimum of 30 days following termination, except in cases of termination for abuse or illegal activity.
